We want our customers to be completly statisfied with their purchase. If your mug arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with a picture of the damage product and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
We offer quick and reliable shipping for all orders. We ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.
For most orders, we use USPS which typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive at locations, excluding weekends. Shipping rates may defer depending on the weight of your order and delivery location.
