What location do you ship too?Our shipping services are currently limited to the United States only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers. Are the coffee beans whole beans or grounded?At present, our website exclusively sells grounded coffee. Nonetheless, we can accommodate special requests for whole beans at an extra charge. Please reach out to us if interested in this option.

Do you only sell 8oz bags?At present, we provide our coffee in 8oz size. However, we are planning to introduce more flavors and larger quantities in the future. If you require 1lb size (16oz), you can make a special request by sending us an email at wintersbestcoffee@gmail.com or using our contact us page.

How long does shipping take to process?After receiving your order, we will ship your coffee product within 24 hours. Our standard shipping method is via USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days, not including weekends. Please visit our shipping policy for more info.
